I'm in the 80s as far as level is concerned. I'm specd for blizz but can't even run normal inferno because of cold immunes. Should I respec to another element? The only decent gear I have is stormshield and naj's armor.
If not inferno where do I mf?

Start with normal mf areas, meph, diablo, trav etc. Then work your way up to mfing higher difficulty areas. I also might have something you can use, add me ingame *Eric

What Eric said. I did baals to level 99 before I even set foot in Inferno.
An IK Barb is cheap but effective for that area.
For a blizzard sorc your best bet would be Chaos Sanctuary and Mephisto
Add me also, I've got plenty of stuff just sitting that'll be of use. Also, I can powerlevel/rush your stuff fairly easily.
