failed to run from installer

in the annihilus launcher, when i click "Launch Game", theres a pop up that says "Diablo 2 failed to run. Please make sure your Diablo 2 Expansion Disc is in your CD-ROM drive, then click on Retry". i do not have the disc but i have D2 LOD installed from blizzard.

i have and it still ask the same thing. i think maybe i didnt install the launcher in the right place... not the best at computer science lol. do i select the folder that D2LOD is in my hard drive or somewhere else?

Did your d2 installation come with a .iso file? Like a disk image that you had to mount with Daemon tools or something? But yes, the launcher should be in your diablo II folder

i installed it from battlenet when i registered the game key years ago. there are 2 different folders on my hard drive, one for D2 vanilla and one for D2LOD if that matters. anni installer.jpg this is where i installed it.

You need to install it to the one named "Diablo II". The picture is really small, but I don't think you're in the right place.
