Hi

Which armor is the best in the necro psn for cows/chaos?

kaalut /odium/eni/maybe trang ?

and gear for merc?

Full Trang is always decent. Having the ability to teleport with Enigma or Odium is pretty useful though, so really it comes down to whether you want high full trang bonus or the ability to teleport.

My merc on my Nova sorc just runs the basic Insight, Andys, and Fortitude, it works fine and mana regen is nice. Also it's not very expensive.

I would argue against full trang. Unfortunately it still has the same issue as it did on bnet, in that the thing it morphs you in to has a very slow casting animation. I would go with enigma or Odium.
