Just lost my fragment portal

Hi,

Someone told me to ask help to admins to have a compensation...
Server crashed and i was just starting the new 2.2 realm...
I just had time to kill an ubber diablo and i recolted a big cristal.
I was almost killing ubber meph when it went down.

Is there a way to have at least fragments if not a new portal..?
I accept ber also, if anyone have for trade...

unfortunately you need to take timestamped screenshots of game crashing to recieve a refund..

i also lost 1 keyset and waited for refund for 1.5 weeks even with screens.. and then helped myself as the mod who was supposed to gimme my stuff back was either offline or afk and never wisped me back ::
