It decreases nova damage?
It increases normally for other lightning skills?
It shows the proper increase for skill, but it actually decreases novas damage?
Ie: Nova with +2 skill wand with no other modifiers, 8.2k max
Nova with Short ciruit which is +3 and +light damage: 7.3k
