Need help D/C cause item/gold loss

Purchased a ryleh key from hadriel just now opened ryleh chest game crashed made new game chest is back in my inventory no key and gold gone..

Can i get another key or something? thx for help

not sure how i could have screenshoted or provided proof of this.. literally opened chest got that poison armor in chest kalut or something and then crash.. sure you can see inlogs where the key was purchased

same thing happened too me but with purple dye, dyed my helm game crashed had no dye or gold
