Question about Pally prime charm

How does the "100% extra damage as physical" effect work? That's essentially double base hammer damage right? Will Fanaticism effect the physical portion of hammers? I don't see the damage difference on the stat screen but I do notice a difference when I hit another player.

Also does Life on Hit not effect hammers?

It takes the base damage from hammers before any auras affects it, and adds that as physical. It cannot be modified by auras in anyway, life on hit will not work unfortunately since it is technically still a spell and not a "hit". It is highly likely Paladin's Abyss Sphere will be reworked next patch as well!
