Lost my Character!!!! HELP!!!

I was exiting from game, and me dropped out from all acc, when i logged in back, there was no my Char, But him shows in ladder Top

Pls help me!!!!

how many characters do you have linked into that account..

if you have more then 8 characters then maybe you just need to scroll down and he will be on the bottom of the list...
