Character is out of sync.

For some reason my toon glitched when Diablo spawned while in a group. My character is now permanently oriented to the right side of the screen and can walk through walls, building, etc. I've tried restarting the client but i'm still stuck. Help

all npcs are shifted to the right as well.

It would appear to have something to do with running the game in fullscreen. I started it in windowed mode and it corrected the issue Just a little f.y.i for anyone who experiences this problem.
