Dream and Heart of The Shadow

1. Why I can't make Dream runeword? is it not work in annihilus?
2. why I can't make Heart of The Shadow runeword in my 3 socketed crystal sword?

Dream runeword is only working in shield + helmet slots as far as i can remember. Dunno if it was working with class-specific helms (such as wolfheads for druid or visors for barbs) but it works with paladin shields.

Heard about smiters, making their heart of shadow runeword in a phase blade... Maybe its because crystal sword is "normal" and phaseblade is "elite". Maybe ask *game for further info here.

Also make sure to have exactly 3 open sox and a grey item (also known as "white"). Runewords only work if the sockets count exactly three and it doesnt work with blue/yellow/uniq items....

If you have made all these things correct and also put the runes in the right order in the items, you have to write a pm to game or go to the item-issue forum and open a thread with your problem.

Maybe add some screens of what you`ve made, so everyone can see if it was build right
