Cant remember mule account password

Is there anyway to go about recovering this? I'm pretty sure I applied my email to the account yet I'm getting no recovery email for it.

My main account is ALvl4Ninja, the mule I am trying to access is ALvl5Ninja

Very interesting, the level 5 account has a completely different IP (from a different country actually), has no email attached to it, and hasn't been signed on in 3 months. Any idea why? I need more info to recover this!
