Installed diablo 2/diablo 2 lod from battle.net, downloaded that annihilus patcher, installed properly, this error when i press launch game, ran it in admin mode, did nothing.

and i finally had found something that looked fun...

try to run with winxp comptibility as admin
if not help, try to turn off DEP

Whats DEP? and there is no options for running with winxp, using windows 8.1
