enchantment scroll-how to use ?

I got this: "Scroll of poison damage" requires: perf emerald,carrion wind.Tried to cube all 3 items but nothing happens
Could somebody unpuzzel me ? thanks.

There are 37 total Enchantments you can find anywhere in Hell Mode. Enchantments will require the Enchantment Scroll for the specific Enchant, along with the reagents required. Here is a screenshot of an Enchantment Scroll to get a better idea of the system:
