Launcher error pls help!

Hi, this is my problem...I was trying to launch Diablo through Annihilus launcher as usual but it pops up a message saying "System Error &H80004023 (-2147467229)." I thought it was a file corruption and reinstalled Diablo, but when I install Annihilus, it pops up a Registry Editor message saying "Addiing information can unintentionally change..."

and asks me if i want to continue. I clicked "Yes" and it pops up another message saying"System Error &H80004023 (-2147467229)."

Can anyone help me out on this? Is this a regedit problem?
