i just lost an orb of transmogrification

i entered a game,i bought an orb,i used it on a item the servers crushed and after the server was up for my surprise the item was back to the original stats,the orb wasn`t no more on the char,the money was gone so i want the orb back or a refund,i spent a lot of money dont want to loose themm over a server problem!!!check my account if is there a trust issue
