Lost Annihilus cause of Games Down

I had my soulstone, killed Clone and when i picked anni game froze,
game went down and and restored me with out the soulstone and with out the anni ...
The anni was + 3 smite and very nice ... I have screens ...
At least i need my soulstone to hunt again in case i cant have anni back...

Still no reply for my lost Annihilus, took me 2-3 days till i collect keys again, and right after 1st Meph + 1 Dia is down .. Guess ... ?
This time lost all the organset ... Very disapointing the fact that none even replied, to the previus post still...

I had so much free time, and instead of playing prefered to make some "fake" screenshots just to gain 1 soulstone free .. ?

We had previous situations like this and they didn't get refund. It's a rule, we need a timestamp for proof.

Well i may not pressed " /time " cause i didnt knew that i should, but i have pic of my HDD, in Diablo 2 instalation folder
and here is excacly all my screens, you can see highlighted the ones I uploaded and next to them the "timestamp" showing when they were created.
I dont know if you can see from log files time/date server crashed and restored, but if you can you will find out that this time excacly games were crashed!
