Several listed exp events within one ladder

So, is it possible to have within a ladder several exp events? I mean not in like 1 game moderated, I mean with an extra list like the ladder list.

For example there could be a new list each month and you have a interface besides the actual ladder list interface with the new created characters after the start date (month 1st for example).

Of course we can hand out prizes like special nvs for each months top 10 to be highest or first to reach 99.
Could be very interesting for HC players as well.

Maybe it would be a bit boring though, cause you would level very fast with all the gear or help from your other chars. The other option would be a separate ladder (event-ladder) that is reset to NL each month, that would be complicated though.

Having a second ladder is pretty impossible ;/. If not we could have had some fun with it!
