Can't launch. C000000005 ERROR

I copied my D2 folder to desktop, renamed "d2 anni" Then extracted the Annihilus folder to that folder. Everything went smooth it looked like.

Get an error C0000005 when clicking launch in the Annihilus launcher.

Patch is up to date

DEP is turned to essentials only.

I am running as administrator

Reboot my PC? I have done this and it still gives same error

Have you tried a fresh install of anni?

Is your original D2 folder completely up to date and running the latest Blizzard patch 1.13d before installing annihilus into it?

Dude I know the feels. It seems like the only thing that has worked 100% for me is fresh installing until the error doesn't happen when I try to play, but it always seems to come back.
