The Ultimate Rare PVP Ladder

Hi, i would like to see if there's any interest in a PVP Ladder like this:

You build a char, this char can only contain RARE/MAGIC read YELLOW/BLUE items!
Runes? No, runes are not allowed!
Magic jewels? Yes, theyre blue!
Rare jewels? Yes, theyre yellow!

What about my iventory..?
Im allowing 4 unique charms! -> Torch + Annihilus + Belial's tome + Prime charm. No 15/70's small charms allowed! -> Not any other unique small/large/grand charm allowed! ( Othu eye, Jack o Lantern, spooky ghost, etc )

This will be like Rez's LLD pvp ladder, but with it's own twist, if people are interested in creating chars this way and to duell with it ( Challenging can be done the whole ladder ), i'll be releasing more info!

Maybe in the future we can host PvM tourneys? First rare/magic char/team that defeated DreamLands?
