Chtulu key bug

Yesterday I used a chtulu key to go in the altar of chtulu. I was next to the guards who had (!) above their heads then i used the teleport but nothing happened and the key was wasted... I do chtulu very often and there was no problems till yesterday. I would be thankful if i get refunded for this bug.Thank you.

There is a Printscreen button on youre keyboard It saves a image into the map where Annihilus is installed, if u type /timestamp and then hit Printscreen, u got urself a proper screenshot!
Once u got the file u can go to a hosting site like www.tinypic.com, to upload the picture here !
