what exactly is this dodgelock bug?

When Amazons are getting hit by several attacks constantly, they will "dodge" most of them with their passive skills, but theres an animation so they are just stuck repeating the dodge animation over and over and cannot do anything else. I have greatly increased the animations in Patch 3.1 though so Dodge Lock almost never happens unless you're standing in constant damage like 5 or 6 Firewalls.
