Lost 600 gold buying an item from charsi

I just bought plain javelins from Charsi in HC and it took 600 gold away... In numerous places it said that if it says the price is different its actually 2 gold, however this was not the case... Can I get a refund of 598 gold please?

Occurred about 12:15pm central time on Hardcore character name is Anguish, account is soulkush in a game called "another day".
