allow torch/anni to be stored in stash or cube

It would be really nice if there were a way for you to store multiple annis or torches on one character. Obviously, we dont want you to be able to have the effects of several on one character. But if you could store them in your cube/prime charm or stash, that would be really convenient. Maybe you could code them so you only get the effect of one even if you are carrying several of them. I don't know how difficult this would be to implement, but it would make storing them much easier.

There's no way to make multiple be on a character and not apply the effects .
