Cow level always open

Sometimes people leave a game with the leg. Going for the leg seems like a waste of time. Can we have the cow portal always open or add wirts leg to hadriel? Maybe a trap door in the encampment to it or some entrance like the crucible?

Game can we please have a TP from kurast dock to Meph ? yeah because this is really a waste of time to tele to meph:/... Oh and a Tp from fortress to Diablo ? yeah i really hate to Tele here...
