Remove proc effect from torches and purification gloves

I'm really pushing for the volcano to be removed from puri gloves. The casting delay screws up my novas and slows down my killing while I am just standing there taking hits, and volcano does next to no damage. But the firestorm on the torch is annoying too.

I would love this as well, I hate using them on my nova sorc because i would teled and get locked into volcano. It would be an amazing change. Also the hellfire proc basically does no damage and bugs the screen out I wouldn't mind that gone as well.

What he said is the exact reason why I want the casting delay either removed, or the proc effect altogether.
