Hey, i just saw something that can be annoying, dont know if its already known.
When the killing blow on stitches and knarst is made by item holy shock ( thunderfury or birthright amulet), the portal doesnt spawn.

Unfortunate but that is some deep code, I doubt I can fix this :/.
