everything was fine yesterday now when i click the launcher i get unhandled exception (c0000005) and than clicking on diablo 2 exe or game exe gives me the error video mode d2dddraw.dll is not supported

going through the trouble shooting steps but i havent changed anything since logging in from last night
fixed , scared the crap out of me because if i had to tell my wife i could not get into a game that i have spent several hundred on, she would kill me

no the DEP Exception, restart didnt do it
No man left behind! Anybody who has issues like this we make sure they getting taken care of, whether they are annihilus veterans or just joined the same day. I have personally remoted into several computers myself and fixed issues. No worries about not being able to play.Originally Posted by sine25
