game with silver portal crashed

Hi, finally got the silver portal and did the run. I got the yellow stone, going then to omega andy and the game crashed. Just a few minutes ago.
I dont have a screenshot, but the yellow stone.

What can i do. Getting the frags is hard and getting the portal just more. Getting it finally and then game crashes ist hard

Is there a possibility to get a new silver portal?
