when i try to play fullscreen the window dosent get bigger, only the ingame resolution. if i use 640x480 or 800x600 the grapic looks fine. but if i use 1280x1024 it just changes the FOV and becomes blury, the window itself dosent change. Is it system related?

Do you play on a laptop?
How long do you have that issue? try to Close all diablo 2 Clients from Task Manager and then try to Launch a new window.
