Hello, just got this one installed and going to start up a trap sin for fun and walk through the game.

Any tips for new players to Annihilus? I read the FaQ n stuff while I waited for the game to download and install, and this seems really interesting. I like how the fog of war is lifted.

Best chars for endgame: Java/Smiter/Fire-Cold bowazon.

If ur starting a sin, u should start out with fire, and spec to light later in the game
Also try to get a full Natalya's Set, its a really nice set on this server and gives + 1 Teleport ( if full )

Mephisto has the right insight for a trap assassin!
Don't be shy of the skill Fire Blast, if you come across full Nat's set and the unique FireLizards Talons (+ a pair of Dwarf Star rings), you should be able to tackle most monsters until the new endgame content in Hell difficulty

Thanks for the replies. I'll keep that in mind.

Besides the custom gold vendor, is there anything worth buying from shops besides potions, keys, and scrolls or are they all regular Diablo items?

Also, I haven't looked extensively, but I did notice yall mentioning some items have been upgraded. Is there a list of these / other Annihilus specific changes?

Have the skill trees been changed?

Potions/Scrolls/Repairs/Mercenaries all cost absolutely no gold! (although displayed in some cases, none will be deducted)
All character classes have received an additional new skill on top of the pre-existing skill tree
